  3. Custom Items: Personalized, made-to-order, or custom-designed pieces are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  4. Return Process:

    • Contact Us: Email us at exa.handmade@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return/exchange within 7 days of delivery.
    • Return Authorization: We will provide instructions for returning the product if your request is approved.
    • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable service.
    • Refund Timing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund (or exchange) will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued via your original payment method.
